Artwork quality: If it does not match the promotion on the official website, you will receive a full refund
Transportation damage: If damaged during transportation, you can replace it for free or get a full refund.

We offer each customer a 30-day risk-free refund guarantee. We will arrange for the pick-up and return of any artworks you purchase.
Please note that the return request needs to meet the following conditions:

The time must be within 30 days since you received the artwork
Artworks must remain in their original state upon arrival and be properly packaged - preferably in their original form
Be sure to be careful when opening the received artworks
For artworks that were damaged during transportation, we ask you to provide photos of the damage so that we can further understand what was wrong with the specific goods.

If the packaging is not sufficient, please try to package it as much as possible and be sure to take photos for safety.

Please note: You have 30 days to request a return from the date of receipt of the artwork and an additional 14 days to complete the return process.
